May 16 MVLL Day Game and Photo Schedules

We are very excited for this coming Saturday's MVLL Day, an all-day celebration at Grant Avery Park in Shokan! The weather is looking like it'll be a perfect day for baseball, softball, our player parade, team photos, raffles, concessions and more.

Please arrive at 8:30am to line up for our player parade. Find your team in the area in between the two outfield fences of the baseball and softball field. The parade will start at 8:45am sharp, and will be followed by a performance of our national anthem, a few words from our president, and a triumphant "PLAY BALL!" from all of our sixth graders who will be moving on after this season. The games will then begin, starting with our tee-ballers and coach pitch teams.

Below is our schedule for photo sessions with our professional photographer. Please meet at the area just beyond the pavilion. Each team will take a group photo, and those wanting individual photos will have an opportunity to do that. Parents will be able to order prints online at a later date. While we know there are some gaps between each team's game time and photo time, please understand that we did our absolute best to make sure there is as little waiting as possible given several constraints we are up against. We hope you will stick around, grab some food from the snack shack, play lawn games and watch our other teams compete!

Lastly, there will be a gear swap running all day! Bring your gently used cleats, pants, gloves, bats, etc. that your child has outgrown and grab the same from our collection. We also have plenty to take for anyone who needs gear.

Photo schedule:

**Players should come ready for their picture with their bat and glove, shirts tucked in, hats on, and faces clean. Sibling pictures encouraged! Coaches with child encouraged as well.**
